Troubleshooting and common problems
Your hearing aid should be comfortable at all times and support your need for a better hearing. However, sometimes you might experience situations where your hearing aid is not working satisfactorily.
Such problems could be:

The loudness decreases during the day.
Sometimes moisture builds up in the internal components, which causes the loudness to decrease over time. Contact Danica Hearing Centre to obtain a dry aid kit.

The hearing aid is dead
Check for new batteries. If the hearing instrument has a volume control, be sure the volume control is “on”. Also, check the microphone and receiver openings for debris and clean the opening(s) if needed. Any questions can be addressed to Danica Hearing Centre.
